On Friday, Arian Hina’s mother, father Jitendra and sister Navia were among the relatives who went to see a tribute to the teenager at Windsor Gardens in Radir. The gardens waved the flags of the Welsh Indians, lowered in half, and one of the trees was the focus of homage.
Thanking Councilor Helen Lloyd Jones for providing the memorial space, they said: “Arian was born in Wales, he was proud to be Welsh and we are proud to be a member of his family. Thank you all for your support. “
On Tuesday, June 21, there was a huge operation by the emergency services to find Arian and despite the best efforts of the emergency services, Arian was unable to be resuscitated and was pronounced dead at the scene.
