The streak leads the nominations for the 2022 Emmy Awards, which were announced Tuesday morning.

The HBO drama series received a total of 25 nominations, followed by Apple’s Ted Lasso and HBO’s The White Lotus, which each earned 20.

Other series with double-digit names include Hacks (17 names), Only Murders in the Building (17), Euphoria (16), Barry (14), Dopesick (14), Severance (14), Squid Game (14), Ozark (13 ), Stranger Things (13), The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel (12) and Pam & Tommy (10).

Overall, HBO leads all nominations by platform with a total of 108 nominations, ahead of Netflix, which earned 105.

JB Smoove and Melissa Fumero announced who will compete for some of TV’s highest honors during a virtual ceremony.

Smoove is an Emmy Award-winning writer, comedian and actor, best known for his role on HBO’s Curb Your Enthusiasm. Fumero co-starred on NBC’s Brooklyn Nine-Nine, which ended its eight-season run in September 2021. Both will appear in the upcoming Netflix comedy series Blockbuster, which also stars Randall Park.

The 2022 Emmy Awards will air live coast-to-coast at 8:00 PM ET / 5:00 PM PT on Monday, September 12 on NBC. The show will also be broadcast live on Peacock.

The ceremony usually airs on Sundays, except in years when NBC has broadcast rights, as the network airs NFL games on Sunday nights. The broadcast of the Emmys rotates between ABC, CBS, Fox and NBC. When NBC last aired the Emmys four years ago, the awards show was held on a Monday.

Before the main ceremony on NBC, the Creative Arts Emmys will be held over two nights, on Saturday, September 3 and Sunday, September 4. An edited version of the Creative Arts Emmys will air at 8:00 PM on September 10 on FXX.
