Georgia’s Republican Senate nominee Herschel Walker took the stage at a conservative event in Nashville on Saturday and downplayed recent controversy over the news that she has several children she has never publicly acknowledged – all while routinely smearing absent fathers. “I have never denied any of my children,” Walker said at the annual meeting of the Coalition for Faith and Freedom. “I am tired of people misleading the American people. I’m tired of people cheating on my family …[The media] they saw the truth, they knew the truth, and yet they wrote the article. ” The audience greeted Walker with applause, Tennessean reported. The Daily Beast spread the news earlier this week that Walker had three children, whom he apparently kept secret from the public. The former football star, who is backed by Donald Trump and Mitch McConnell, had to go to court before issuing a paternity declaration or paying child support. In a 40-minute interview with the Beast after the first article, Walker avoids questions about his other son. However, Walker later acknowledged the other son in a campaign statement.
