A gym owner is ‘traumatised’ after being called horrific racist abuse in letters from the DVLA.
Marvin Greaves, 40, does not own a car or vehicle but received the logbook from the licensing agency on Wednesday.
The mysterious letter lists the father-of-six as ‘Black N****r Pussy’. The next day he received another letter calling him “Marvin Chocolate N****r Greaves”.
Marvin, who helps keep young people off the streets and at a gym in Oldham, Greater Manchester, was “stressed and depressed” after his ordeal.
“It was a formal letter, a brown envelope, and it came to the address of my gym,” he said.
“Definitely racist and someone allowed this to be sent to my gym address.
“I wondered how it could even be sent. Even if someone did it online, someone has to authorize it.

The DVLA said: “These malicious and fraudulent applications were made by an as yet unknown third party and we have removed this information from our records. We are conducting an urgent investigation and will pass our findings to the police.
Marvin claims the DVLA officer he reported to asked him to “terminate the document immediately” but he refused.
He said: “Somebody needs to resolve it and do the checks. Either a car was stolen or someone was pulled over.
“It must be someone who knows me, who knows my address. I am a community advocate for the people in my community.
“I get them off the streets, get them to the gym and keep them positive. I solve a lot of problems in Oldham and I have a high profile for doing things like that.
“For me, getting this is rock bottom. The system failed me by allowing this [be sent] out.’
