Hells Angels bikers descend on Toronto. These are the pictures

A huge unauthorized procession of up to 1,000 Hells Angels bikers rolled through Toronto on Thursday.

The race was held in honor of longtime member of the Toronto Hells Angels, Donnie Peterson, who died at age 74 of natural causes.

The procession started in Newmarket, where police were seen filming members of the Hells Angels as they arrived.

The procession then headed south on the Don Valley Parkway towards Toronto.

The procession ended around midday, at which point hundreds of bikers parked outside a storefront on Carlaw Avenue believed to be run by the motorcycle club.

The bikers stayed in the neighborhood for several hours and were seen interacting with each other on Avenue Carlo. Most of the bikers then left together just before 3pm

Police said no arrests were made and the gathering ended without incident.

Around 1,000 members of the Hells Angels are expected to gather for the club’s national motorcycle race in Whitby this weekend.
