Herschel Walker, a critic of the absent fathers, admits she has another secret son

A day after The Daily Beast broke the news that Herschel Walker has a secret 10-year-old son, who is a father out of wedlock, the football star, who has become a politician, confirmed late Wednesday night that he has another son by another woman the public doesn’t know about – like the daughter she had in college.

The revelations come amid Walker’s race to oust Senator Raphael Warnock (D-GA) and following much public comment that Walker has made about absent fathers in the Black Community.

“I want to apologize to the African-American community because the orphanage is a serious, big problem,” Walker said in a September 2020 interview, adding in a December 2019 interview with Diamond and Silk that men should go. in the neighborhoods and become “fathers of these fatherless” children.

The second of Walker’s undiscovered sons was born to a 13-year-old Texas woman. Walker’s other son is 10, and Christian Walker, who played an important role in the political efforts of Herschel and the public figure, is 22.

In the case of Christian Walker, he played an extremely active role in his life. In the case of Walker’s 10-year-old child, the football star seems to have played a very small role. In the latter case, his 13-year-old son Walker appears to have been present at least twice, according to photos on social media. But it is not clear how active he was beyond that.

(The Daily Beast retains the name of the two younger sons and their mothers for privacy reasons.)

In a statement to The Daily Beast, Walker confirmed that his 13-year-old son is his child. The campaign also provided a form that Walker completed in 2018 to be appointed to President Donald Trump’s Sports, Fitness and Nutrition Council. Walker listed the child’s name and age, as well as the names and ages of Christian, the 10-year-old son and older daughter that Walker became a father to when he was about 20 years old.

“I have four children. Three sons and a daughter. “They are not ‘undisclosed’ – they are my children,” Walker said in a statement. “I support them all and I love them. I never denied my children, I confirmed this when I was appointed to the Presidential Council on Sports, Fitness and Nutrition, I just chose not to use them as props to win a political campaign. Which parent would want his child to be involved in garbage, a gutter like this? ”

Walker said any suggestion that he was hiding his children was outrageous. “I can handle the heat, it’s politics,” Walker said, “but leave my children alone.”

Although Walker did not openly discuss his 13-year-old son, there were several public traces of their relationship.

A series of photos posted on the mother’s public Facebook page show the two – Herschel Walker and his son – playing video games on the couch. The series was published in 2018 and includes a photo of a table ticket from a popular restaurant in the current city of the mother.

Another Facebook photo of the mother, from 2016, depicts Walker and son on laptops on a table in the living room. Comments on the photo seem to mention Walker as a father.

“Like a father, he is a son,” one man wrote in a comment that the mother “likes.” Comments on an earlier photo of the boy with the soccer ball also seem to mention Walker as a father.

This year’s publication identifies the child as Walker’s last name. And a few years ago, the mother shared photos from a trip to the Dallas Cowboys Hall of Fame, including a 1986 photo of the team with Walker on it and a display of his famous Minnesota Viking trade. However, the mother did not mark Walker in any of her photos, nor did she mention him by name in her many public publications – a timeline that begins with publications for the last days of her pregnancy.

Despite Walker’s personal presence in the 13-year-old’s life, the campaign’s statement on Tuesday regarding the 10-year-old repeatedly referred to the candidate, who has only one child out of wedlock.

“Herschel had a child years ago when he was not married,” the statement said. “He has supported the child and continues to do so. He is proud of his children. To suggest that Herschel is “hiding” the child because he did not use it in his political campaign is insulting and absurd. “

The mother of the 10-year-old turned to the court for a declaration of paternity and child support. A document released online by the law firm representing her in the case since 2013 says she and Walker began a relationship on November 1, 2008. That was just three months before the birth of her son, who is now 13 years old.

Walker was also reportedly involved with two other women at the same time – Julie Blanchard, the woman who would later become his second wife, and Mika Dean, who claims to have a 20-year affair that ended in 2012. when Walker claims he told her he would “break your head” in a dispute, according to previous reports in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Dean filed the report in Irving, Texas, near Dallas, where Blanchard also lived. The Dallas area was also home to the mother of a 13-year-old child. She kept an address in a residential building also connected to Walker, according to public records, although they did not appear to share the same apartment.

The former Olympic bobsledder said in a 2010 interview with satellite radio host Howard Stern that he had slept with only two women: his first wife and his current unnamed girlfriend, who he said had a “job”. Blanchard was identified as his “girlfriend” in a photo the same year.

Walker’s opponent, Warnock, is currently involved in his own custody dispute. His ex-wife is “seeking changes to the custody agreement for their children” and asked the Georgia family court to adjust Warnock’s alimony payments in light of the increased income he received when he was elected to the Senate last year. The Republican National Committee used the suit to attack Warnock, although a campaign spokesman told The Daily Beast that Warnock was playing an active role as a “loyal father.”

Unlike them, Walker does not see his 10-year-old son, according to a man close to the boy’s family. About a year after his birth, the boy’s mother sued Walker for a declaration of paternity and child support. Walker admitted to being the boy’s father in court, paying alimony and sending birthday and Christmas presents, a man close to the boy’s family told The Daily Beast.

It appears that Walker is also sending gifts to his 13-year-old son.

In a Facebook post from December 2021, the son’s mother shared a note sent by Walker along with Christmas presents. The note to “Tiny One” from “Big One” tells the boy how happy Walker was to receive a virtual reality kit last year, and promises “a gift we hope will justify” this gift.

“Besides, it will be in the years that have already happened,” Walker said in a note. “Besides, it’s all pictures.”

As for Christian Walker, born to former pro-bowler and first wife Cindy Grossman, Herschel gave birth to him along with Grossman and his current wife, Julie Blanchard. As an adult, Christian cultivated a large number of followers on social media and currently sells a number of products advertising his father’s candidacy in the Senate.

It is not clear why Walker has such a radically different relationship with his mother and children – all of whom bear his last name.

The model refutes deep hypocrisy. As The Daily Beast reported, Walker has made a point over the years of criticizing absent fathers by begging parents at multiple addresses to “hug your child.”

He singles out the Black Community. As early as 2020, he said, “You can leave your wife, but don’t leave your child,” a feeling he previously shared in a separate interview.

Walker also called on the black community to prioritize weight over other social causes, such as the Black Lives Matter. In early August 2020, amid a national upheaval against police brutality, Walker rebuked professional athletes for giving money to the cause, saying “let’s not do this,” but “let’s become the fathers of these fatherless children.” [sic]”

According to numerous reports, Walker also has a history of violence against women.

Grossman accused Walker of being “physically abusive,” claiming that Walker once threatened to “blow my brains out.” In 2005, a judge ordered her to defend herself against Walker in response to alleged threats and temporarily revoked Walker’s right to bear firearms, the Associated Press reported.

In his 2008 autobiography, Breaking Free Walker reveals the ongoing battle with mental health and the consequences it has had on his personal relationships. He said he was diagnosed with dissociative identity disorder and had many “changed” personalities.

The therapist who diagnosed Walker, Dr. Jerry Mongadze, claims that dissociative identity disorder is the product of satanic demons. He does not have a medical degree, but he has a doctorate. in educational consultations with a minor in psychology, as revealed in a 2018 Channel 4 documentary that criticized Mengadze among a number of practitioners of so-called gay conversion therapy.

Mongadze claims to have diagnosed several patients with DID, a rare health condition that affects between 0.01 and 1% of the population, according to the Cleveland clinic. The disorder is “often misdiagnosed” and often requires “multiple assessments” for accuracy, according to an article by a psychiatrist at New York Medical School published by the National Institutes of Health.

But Mongadze’s diagnostic approach involves bizarre, unfounded “tests,” such as assigning patients to color in a linear pattern of the brain with pastels of their choice, the documentary shows.

The drawings, he says, could reveal whether …
