Witnesses reported a collision between a vehicle and a moose about three kilometers west of Highway 630 on Highway 17 near the entrance to Pimisi Bay Park in Rutherglen on Saturday night.
According to Ontario 511, the highway is closed in both directions. The highway closure went into effect at 11:22 p.m
Ontario Provincial Police and EMS are on scene.
