If there’s one thing Jennifer Coolidge will do, it’s exude an insatiable, borderline, otherworldly sexual charisma. Luckily, American Pie producers recognized that in her right away and cast her as Jeannine Stifler, aka the franchise’s resident hot mom. That role, in turn, did wonders for her sex life, Coolidge told Variety. “I had a lot of play being a MILF and I got a lot of sex action from American Pie,” she said in an interview published Wednesday. “There were so many benefits to making this film. I mean there would be like 200 people I would never sleep with. Granted MILF status, however, Coolidge moved on to what she considered the pinnacle of her career (so far): the wealthy, mildly agitated vacationer Tanya in Mike White’s The White Lotus. She told Variety that the role was “one of the greatest things that ever happened to me” and “a killer job that no one else thought I could do.”
