Johnny Depp returned to the witness box on Wednesday morning to answer questions for the second time.
Dressed in a gray suit, blue shirt, and dark yellow tie, Depp was called by his own lawyers as he sat and drank from a large metal cup full of coffee.
He recalled the incident with Kate Moss when she went down the stairs on vacation in Jamaica. Moss testified this morning that Depp did not push her down the stairs, as Hurd had previously claimed on the stand.
“As Kate Moss testified, many, many years ago, and what exactly happened is what she said happened. “I remember talking to Miss Hurd about this incident because of the torrential rain, because it was raining very hard on the day Kate slipped,” Depp said. “I reminded her of the story.”
“Miss Hurd took the story and turned it into a very ugly incident in her mind. There was never a moment when I pushed Kate down the stairs, but she had vomited three times before.
Heard’s lawyer, Benjamin Rothenborn, said Heard had just heard a rumor.
– What is a rumor? Depp asked. “We were just in Jamaica, I left our bungalow about three minutes before it, I stood outside and it started to rain like monsoon.

The famous private model, who rarely discusses her personal life, rejected Hurd’s claim that the 58-year-old pushed Moss.
Hurd opened the door to Moss’s testimony, saying he feared Depp would push her sister down the stairs during a heated argument. According to Hurd, there was a rumor that Depp had done the same thing to Moss once and it occurred to her.
Asked by Depp’s lawyer Benjamin Chu, Moss said: “We were leaving the room and Johnny left the room before me. There was a rainstorm, and when I left the room, I went downstairs. I hurt my back. And I screamed because I didn’t know what had happened to me and it hurt.
“He came back to help me, took me to my room and sought medical help.”
Moss witnessed Depp during a stage of the trial known as a rebuttal, where he could challenge Hurd’s allegations.

Moss later said she “cried” for years about the separation, after which drug use escalated and eventually led to rehabilitation.
After the testimony, a source close to Hurd said: “So Johnny Depp did not abuse Kate Moss. This makes it 1 for 2 in the abuse column.
“But to date, he is 0 to 1 in the courtroom on the central issue in this case, when he lost exactly the same case in England. Depp said that when he first became aware of the statements, he did not know “where they came from.” It just seemed like a salad with a lot of words.

The court was shown photos of the aftermath of the battle, where Depp’s fingertip was cut off and the area of the bar where the scandal took place.
Depp drew the picture and reached for the bar to show where Hurd was sitting and standing as she tossed a bottle of vodka that missed him and another that hit his hand.
H said, “My hand rested on the marble bar, (I) leaned back and looked back at Miss Hurd.
“She left with the second bottle. She was walking that way when she threw the first bottle visible on the floor.
Depp pointed to glass fragments on the floor of a photo and said, “It’s all the first bottle that exploded. He walked past my head. The second bottle hit right here, where my hand lay on the marble bar.
Depp said another photo of bloodstains was from his bleeding finger.
Depp was asked about a text he sent to his GP, David Cyprus, after the battle, in which he said Hurd was “as full as a Christmas goose.”
According to Depp, he “told him I had it and had just lost my fingertip.”
Asked how he could send messages, given that he had just lost the tip of his finger, Depp raised his hand and said, “He (right middle finger) was not available at the time, so make your way through him. ”

“It makes no sense to lie to man. He had been through this with me and Miss Hurd before. I told him she threw a bottle of vodka and cut off my finger, the tip of my finger. Good piece. And I miss him. ‘
Hurd claims that Depp was violent during their honeymoon on the Orient Express in August 2015 and hit her repeatedly in their car.
