I’m having trouble logging into my Team WTF1 account, what should I do? If you have just created a Team WTF1 account, sometimes the payment may take 48 hours to go through. If you’re still having trouble, email us at [email protected] and we will help you.
What payment methods do you accept for Team WTF1 subscriptions? We currently accept credit or debit card payments and Apple Pay. We’re working hard behind the scenes to add more payment options, so be sure to check back soon for developments.
If your preferred payment method isn’t currently supported, we’re really sorry, but please remember that we don’t remove content from our regular schedule, so none of our existing content is affected.
Do I have to be in the UK to register for Team WTF1? You can definitely sign up for Team WTF1 as an international fan. But at the moment our events are mostly held in the UK due to travel restrictions.
As an international member of Team WTF1, there will still be lots of virtual things you can participate in, like exclusive access to podcasts, virtual game sessions, and other perks like discounts on our merchandise! We will try to vary the times of these virtual events as much as possible so that all people who are based in different time zones can participate.
