Sir Keir Starmer has not been fined by Durham Police following an investigation into whether he broke lockdown rules.
In May, the Labor leader offered to resign if he was fined for drinking beer and eating curry while campaigning in last year’s local elections. After a two-month investigation, he was released and will not receive a fixed fine. His deputy, Angela Rayner, was not fined either.
