They had a very contentious co-parenting relationship not too long ago.
But these days, Kim Kardashian and her ex-husband Kanye West are in a much better position when it comes to raising their four children together.
“Kim and Kanye have been parenting really well lately,” a source told Us Weekly. “They are being very nice to each other at the moment, there are no problems. Both treat each other with mutual respect.

The drama between the exes, who share daughters North, nine, Chicago, four, and sons Saint, six, and Psalm, three, played out frequently in public earlier this year, with Kanye often going on social media tirades about Kim and her new boyfriend Pete Davidson.
After six years of marital bliss, Kim and Kanye were declared legally unmarried on March 2nd, and their next divorce hearing is set for August 5th.
Kim opened up about her failed marriage while talking to sister Khloe Kardashian on the finale of their reality series, The Kardashians.
While discussing Khloe’s relationship, 38, with cheating boyfriend Tristan Thompson, 31, Kim chimed in with her own experience, saying: “If people knew what my relationship was really like, I think they’d be like, ‘How did it last this long?’ “‘

She added: “But I can live with myself knowing that I tried everything I could to make the situation work so I could walk away guilt-free.”
Kim told Khloe, “I feel like you can at least say … you had a family, you tried everything you could … and you can look your daughter in the face and say that.”
Meanwhile, Kim has since moved on romantically with comedian Pete Davidson, who has been the cause of Kanye’s ire numerous times in the recent past.

West has previously expressed anger towards Davidson since dating Kardashian and dragged him into the drama surrounding their custody settlement earlier this year, giving him the derisive nickname ‘SKETE’.
In February, the Grammy-winning singer shared a text message he claimed Davidson sent him regarding his relationship with the Kardashian children.
The text read: “I would never interfere with your children. It’s a promise. How you guys raise your kids is your business, not mine. I hope to meet them one day and we can all be friends.
West said in a caption he later deleted: “No, you will never meet my kids.”
In June, however, Kim spoke highly of Kanye, wishing him a happy Father’s Day.
She wrote: “Thank you for being the best father to our babies and loving them the way you love them! Happy Father’s Day!’
