The 2007 film, shot when Kardashian and Ray Jay were dating at the time, set the stage for what will become her family’s E! reality show “Keeping up with Kardashian”.
Kardashian said that West took pictures not only for her, but also for the four young children they share.

It all happened last year, before Kardashian hosted Saturday Night Live, where she appeared with her boyfriend, actor Pete Davidson.
Their relationship seemingly motivated West to say in an interview with Hollywood Unlocked in January that he had received the rest of the footage recorded for Kardashian, who filed for divorce from West in February 2021.
“How are you going to take me to SNL and kiss the guy you’re dating right in front of me?” West said during the interview. “And everyone says, ‘Oh, that’s cool.’ After I left [and] I picked up the laptop from Ray Jay that night, didn’t I? “
Kardashian was declared unmarried in March.
In an episode of the reality show, West said he paid nothing for the rest of the tape, which Kardashian said did not contain any additional intimacy scenes, but only footage of her and Ray Jay outside at a club and restaurant.
