And on Wednesday, Lizzo showed she’s still interested in wearing hot clothes in a video shared on her Instagram account.

Her voluminous brunette hair fell over her shoulders as she posed for the camera.
The 34-year-old singer’s clip was shared on the same day a wide-ranging interview about her career and life with Elle UK was published.
The singer discussed many topics during her meeting with the media, during which she talked about reaching a point where she has become more positive about her image.

“I was like, ‘Oh, no, God [beauty] is real.’ And I think that’s an important thing. You start to attract people who see you the way you see yourself. Everyone around you will notice how you see yourself,” she said.
Lizzo then expressed that she had reached a point where she didn’t care about the opinions of random internet users.
“I don’t need social media, social media needs me. Social media literally needs people to function. I no longer need to go online and feel better about things,” she said.
The Juice singer went on to talk about her music production and noted that she wants to make her fans feel better with her songs.

“There are millions of people going through what I’m going through… If I can give someone a cheat code or if I can give someone the recipe to make their own sauce, I will,” she stated .
The hitmaker also discussed her latest album Special and noted that she wrote its songs with recent events in mind.
She stated: “The end of lockdown does not mean the end of … mental health struggles. So I wanted to make music that people could use as a soundtrack to survive. That was the driver for this album.
Lizzo first announced that she was working on a new album in October 2020, when she revealed that she had already completed several songs.

The first single from the record, About Damn Time, was finally released to the public last April.
