The new development along the 18th hole of the Quail Course at the Okanagan Golf Club in Kelowna is now selling homes.
Quail Landing features an open-concept farmhouse design and spacious interior, not to mention views of the nearby woods or lake that is on the golf course. The homes will also meet Step 3 of the BC Energy Code, making them extremely environmentally friendly.
Pineview homes are around 1,350 square feet, while Lakeview homes are nearly 2,000 square feet. Homes will have energy-efficient lighting and HVAC systems, as well as highly energy-efficient appliances and charging station options for electric vehicles.
“People choose to live in Kelowna for the lifestyle, and Quail Landing offers an abundance of what today’s buyers are looking for,” project marketer Darcy Nyrose of Nyrose & Associates said in a press release. “The farmhouse-style design fits perfectly into the landscape; the interior offers high-quality finishes and excellent use of space; and the location is ideal for golf enthusiasts.
“We’re seeing a lot of interest in this project because it’s an unbeatable proposition that you simply can’t find anywhere else.”
Quail Landing has a pop-up presentation center in the Okanagan Golf Club clubhouse between noon and 3pm on Sunday and then the following Thursday through Sunday.
