Yesterday, Nothing revealed a few new bits of information about its upcoming smartphone, the Nothing phone (1) – namely that it will have a transparent back, wireless charging support and a frame made of recycled aluminum.
However, the company has not yet revealed when the announcement of the phone Nothing happens (1). A new leak from Germany is here to correct this, saying the device will be launched on July 21. It is not clear whether this is the date on which sales start or the date of the presentation, but anyway this should be an important day for nothing and your ambitions for smartphones.

What is much more intriguing is the new price of the phone of around 500 euros. As high-end smartphones become more expensive every year, this immediately makes us think that the Nothing (1) phone is unlikely to be an absolute flagship with such a price. Maybe one of the brains behind the original “flagship killer”, OnePlus One, is okay with “flagship killer”?
Of course, we are talking about the founder of Nothing Carl Pay, known as a co-founder of OnePlus before. It won’t be surprising if he tries to use a formula similar to the one he used on his previous launch, but apparently all this is just auditory information at the moment, so you should definitely take it with a pinch of salt.
Pei himself mentioned that the Nothing phone (1) is coming this summer, and July is one of the summer months, so … let’s wait and see what happens. And while we wait, maybe someone wants to leak an actual image of the device? It’s weird to be so close to the start with zero expiring renderings circling.
