One person was transported by air to a trauma center in Toronto after a collision in Uxbridge.
Durham Regional Police say they were called in a collision on Brock Road, near Webb Road, just before 8 p.m.
A man was found in danger of death before being flown, police said.
Brock Road is closed from the Uxbridge Pickering Town Line to Webb Road as police investigate the collision.
Police have not yet announced how the collision occurred.
