Ozzy Osbourne has a major operation on Monday that will “determine the rest of his life.”

Dreamer hitmaker Sharon’s wife has revealed that she is returning to Los Angeles from London to be there for her husband as he undergoes a life-changing operation next week.

Ozzy was last seen in public in May with the frail singer leaning on a cane as he walked.

Speaking on the British The Talk on TalkTV, she said:[Ozzy] there is a very difficult operation on Monday and I have to be there.

That will really determine the rest of his life.

MailOnline contacted an Ozzy representative for comment.

Ozzy, 73, has Parkinson’s disease and has previously suffered an unfortunate fall and displaced metal rods placed in his spine after a 2003 ATV accident.

It was already known that he was about to have another operation.

In April, Pierce Morgan asked her friend Sharon at Piers Morgan Uncensored on TalkTV: “How’s Ozzy, my great man?

“He is just one of my favorite people in the world. He went through health wars a bit, how is he?

Sharon, 69, said the Black Sabbath rocker wanted to return to England after his last operation.

She replied: “He is doing well, he is sending you his love. He has to have another operation and then dies to return home.

Sharon Ozzy’s health update comes after it was announced that they had applied for permission to build a rehabilitation wing at their home in the UK.

The Crazy Train hitmaker has applied for a green light to renovate his Buckinghamshire mansion.

The extension will include a private nursery suite, as well as “discrete rails and aids” and “plenty of places to stop and sit”.

The plans also include a “health and exercise studio”, as well as a “greenhouse with pool” and a “garden room”.

Architect Lynn Walker wrote in the plans: “The ambition is for the design to create a transition of flowing outdoor garden spaces, largely illuminated by natural light with folding doors that open views.”

A spokesman for the paranoid hitmaker has not yet commented on the repair reports, but confirmed that Ozzy – who was seriously injured after falling home three years ago – is preparing for a new “back or neck” operation.

Sharon recently admitted that she now has to take good care of Ozzy because of his health problems.

She said: “It’s very difficult because the combination of Parkinson’s disease and his accident, you go, well, what is it? Why is this happening? Why is this happening?

Earlier, Ozzy revealed his diagnosis of Parkinson’s in a candid interview on American television, in which he admitted that the condition was “just something on my plate.”

He said, “Well, the only question I had was, ‘Is this an incurable disease?'” And the man said, “No, but it’s life.”

“It’s just another thing on my plate that I have to deal with. I’m not worried about that at all. I have no secrets. The initial shock is that I have Parkinson’s.

“No one knows what the hell this is. I knew nothing about it except the name.
