Jacob Silgero, 35, was waiting at the city’s news center for his 10-year-old daughter, Jaila, when asked to do a DNA test.
“I thought it was a bad thing after the DNA test,” he said. “About an hour later, they called to confirm that she was gone.”
Other victims were identified as Uzia Garcia, eight, Makena Lee Elrod, 10, Eliahana Torres, 10, Eli Lugo, 10, and 10-year-old Anabel Guadalupe Rodriguez.
