Two of those men are in critical condition after being shot multiple times.

Police say a large group of people were standing on the corner when a black Chevrolet Tahoe with two gunmen inside opened fire.
A 39-year-old man was taken to hospital by private vehicle, where he is in critical but stable condition. The private vehicle then left the hospital, police said.
A 20-year-old man who was shot nine times was also hospitalized in critical condition. Police say the victim is the son of a civilian Philadelphia police officer.
An 18-year-old man was shot in the bicep and a 37-year-old man was shot in the foot. Both victims were hospitalized in stable condition.
The gunmen fled the scene. Police said they found at least 27 spent shell casings from two separate guns.
“It’s a high traffic area, a few businesses here … hopefully we’ll be able to get more information about what happened,” Inspector DF Pace said.
No arrests have been made at the moment.
Police are reviewing surveillance video to get a better look at the vehicle’s tag and the shooters.
