The latest PlayStation State of Play has arrived and did not disappoint. From the new look and release window of Final Fantasy 16 to the long-awaited unveiling of Resident Evil 4 Remake to the release date of Stray, there was a wide range of games included in this show.

Final Fantasy 16 will be officially released in the summer of 2023
The latest trailer for Final Fantasy 16 has finally arrived and was filled with gameplay and some of our favorite prizes (Eikons in FF16) from the history of Final Fantasy, including Phoenix, Titan, Garuda, Ramuh, Shiva, Odin, Bahamut and Ifrit .
The protagonist of Final Fantasy 16 Clive Rosfield was also featured in this trailer for “Domination” and he showed how he and his team will face the many enemies that will undoubtedly hinder you in the history of the game.
He also revealed that Final Fantasy 16 will be released on PS5 in the summer of 2023. The game can now be played from start to finish and the team is using all this time to polish the game as best as possible.
Officially announced remake of Resident Evil 4
Resident Evil 4 Remake is officially on its way and will be released on March 24, 2023. Capcom seeks to rethink “the history of the game, while preserving the essence of its direction, modernizing the graphics and updating the controls to a modern standard.”
PSVR2 owners will also be able to expect some kind of VR content, although no further details have been given.
Resident Evil Village receives VR treatment
Resident Evil Village will soon allow players to visit its world in a whole new way, as it will be available for PlayStation VR 2. And yes, it will be the full campaign, which means you’ll have to experience [redacted] in VR.
VR will also allow players to protect themselves by actually raising their hands and allow them to use different weapons in each hand for even more combat capabilities.
The first gameplay trailer for Street Fighter 6 was shown along with a release window in 2023.
Street Fighter 6 will make its way to the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation in 2023 (also for the Xbox Series X / S and PC). While this may be a bit of a wait for some, Capcom has given fans an expanded look at the gameplay for the latest record in the legendary combat franchise.
Street Fighter 6 builds on Capcom’s RE Engine – the same engine used for Resident Evil 7 and Village – and will allow for improved graphics along with a more stylish experience, which will be filled with “explosive paint splashes and stunning graffiti treatment.” ”
While we wait for more news, Street Fighter fans will be happy to know that Ryu, Chun-Li, Luke and newcomer Jamie are already on the list.
Horizon Call of the Mountain will allow you to experience Horizon in a whole new way
The latest state of the game has given us an expanded look at the Horizon Call of the Mountain game, which comes exclusively for PSVR2.
In this new story, which unfolds in the world of the first two games, players will become a former Warrior Shadow Carja named Ryas, who wants to redeem himself by “investigating a serious new threat to Sundom. It excels at climbing and archery (which are great for VR) and will have to do things like scale up “dangerous mountains” and “take down powerful machines like Thunderjaw”.
Although players will not see this world through the eyes of Aloy, they will encounter them and other familiar and new faces during the journey.
This will also potentially be a great exposure for PSVR2, as along with the story mode there will be a River Ride mode that will take players down a … well … river to enjoy the beautiful scenery. However, this does not mean that there will not be any “uninvited machines” trying to get on board.
Horizon Forbidden West gets a big update that includes a new game +
A new big update for Horizon Forbidden West will add performance mode, Transmog, skill reset mode, ultra hard difficulty, new game +, new game + trophies and more. The update will also advertise a new herbalist provider and improved temporal smoothing.

Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered and Spider-Man: Miles Morales will move to PC in 2022.
While fans may have to wait a while to play Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 from Insomniac Games, a new version of Spider-Man Remastered will be released on PC on August 12, 2022 to help with that wait.

Eternights is an action dating game that takes place in the Apocalypse
The worlds of dungeon crawling and dating will collide when Eternights arrives on PS5 and PS4 in early 2023. There will be five “weird and attractive characters” to fall in love with and be able to explore their backgrounds when you’re not Not to the knees in the dungeons. There is also a constantly ticking clock that will force you to make a choice and give priority to loot or love.
Futuristic Skater-Shooter is on PS4 and PS5 this fall from OlliOlliWorld’s Roll7
2030 doesn’t look that far, and if OlliOlliworld’s Roll7 had its way, this year would include a “brutal new blood sport” called Rollerdrome.
