Detectives believe he shot and killed 17-year-old Noah Golding and his girlfriend, 19-year-old Nicole Diaz, in southeastern Fresno early Tuesday morning.

“Although Nicole and Noah did not deserve to be fatally shot, they were involved in criminal activity,” said Fresno police lieutenant Paul Cervantes.

Investigators say House and Diaz’s 19-year-old girlfriend have agreed to meet for a physical battle in a parking lot near Argyll and Tulare boulevards.

Casual passers-by broadcast the battle live on social media.

Detectives say House’s girlfriend was beaten, kicked and beaten with a bat by Golding and Diaz.

Police say that at some point during the battle, House pulled out a gun and shot Golding and Diaz.

Officers who responded to the scene noticed a white Chevy Malibu moving away and stopped it.

The 16-year-old driver was questioned and released.

House was in the passenger seat and was found with two firearms.

“We found that there were shell casings at the scene that matched the firearms near Nicholas,” said Lieutenant Cervantes.

Police say House has a small criminal record and investigators do not believe Golding or Diaz were armed.

Noah Golding is the brother of Isaiah Murieta-Golding, who was shot and killed by a police officer in Fresno while fleeing the authorities in 2017.

Golding’s mother, Christina Lopez, has amassed part of a multimillion-dollar deal to kill police.

She was arrested and charged last year. She is accused of using her settlement money to finance another son’s gang.

Police do not believe that the son is Noah.

Officials say the whole violent encounter could have been avoided.

“It’s never a good idea to meet on the spot to get involved in a physical altercation. The outburst of mood. Things are happening and in this case, tragically, we have not lost two young individuals in our community, “said Lieutenant Cervantes.

Investigators are still trying to determine whether the firearms used are legally owned or privately produced.

Nicholas House was jailed on two counts of murder and held on bail.
