Peel Regional Police released videos of surveillance suspects involved in a home-style robbery that targeted a luxury vehicle in Mississauga last September, hoping to identify the culprits.
On September 3, 2021, police said five suspects visited a home and entered their home around 1:40 p.m.
The suspects allegedly demanded vehicles and money from residents, and one suspect fired a firearm into the ground, police said.
None of the victims in the home were injured.
Police say several of the suspects continued to steal a white Bentley Bentayga 2021 from a driveway.
Bentley has since been found, police said.
Police released two surveillance videos of the incident on Wednesday.
In the first video, a car stops next to the residence and five suspects are seen running into the home.
The second video shows all the suspects running away from home. Three of the suspects entered the Bentley and subsequently fled the area, while the other two suspects fled in the Nissan Murano in which they arrived.
The five suspects are described as wearing masks, dark hooded sweaters, dark trousers and gloves.
“These men must be considered armed and dangerous. They are believed to be involved in other home raids and car thefts in the Toronto area, police said in a press release on Wednesday.
The investigation is one of many car thefts that police are currently investigating at the GTA, including the ZigZag project, which aims to arrest car thieves in Toronto.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Peel Regional Police Central Bureau of Robbery at 905-453-2121, extension 3410 or Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
