Can Depp waive damages if Hurd refuses to appeal?
Ahead of today’s last Fairfax hearing, here’s a reminder of what Johnny Depp’s lawyer Ben Chu told Good Morning America’s George Stefanopoulos when asked if Depp might be willing to waive his damages in exchange for Amber Heard. has waived an appeal against the verdict.
