Rebecca’s health deteriorated. While lying in bed, she dreams that she is on a train. William shows up to take her on the train. Rebecca still doesn’t want to leave. “I’m waiting for someone,” she says.

Deja is pregnant
Deya reveals that she is pregnant with Randall. She hasn’t told her boyfriend yet. Only Randall knows, and he promises to keep it a secret. Randall can’t resist telling Beth, who already knows that Deya is pregnant, without her saying a word.

Rebecca’s sister runs out of Rebecca’s room and tells Kevin and Randall it’s time to start saying goodbye. Rebecca probably won’t last the night. Randall and Kevin look at Philip. Kate is not here yet. Kevin and Randall face Kate Kate while she’s on the plane. Kate is understandably upset. “Tell her I’m on my way,” Kate told her brothers.
Beth decides to say goodbye to Rebecca first. In Rebecca’s dream, she notices Beth on the train. Beth tells Rebecca that she has always tried to make “her best impression” of Rebecca as a mother. She thanked Rebecca for everything, especially for raising Randall. “I have it now,” says Beth.

As she makes her way through the train, Rebecca encounters Dr. K, who serves as a bartender. Rebecca points out the fact that Kate is not here. He has more wise words for Rebecca, just as he did all these years ago. “You’re as tough as they come, Rebecca Pearson,” Dr. K. said, adding that she deserved a break.

More family members began to say goodbye, including Sophie, Toby, Annie and others. Almost everyone goes to bed except Randall and Kevin. They make their way to their mother’s room, just the two of them.
Malik arrives at Kevin’s house while Deya sleeps, confirming that the two are the ultimate game. Malik is ready for parenthood with Deja. “I’ve loved you since I was 16. I want to marry you. I want to have this baby with you, “says Malik.
The episode actually begins with a family of 5 riding in a car. One of the children in the car is named Marcus, who is trying to find a cure for pancreatic cancer these days. The night of the car crash was the night Jack died. Jack, still in ash-covered clothes, introduces himself to his father, played by Dule Hill. Jack tries to talk over coffee. The father says that Jack “catches me a lot on the worst night of my life.”
Nowadays, children from the family in a car accident bring up their family motto. The family motto is the same as Dr. K. told Jack all these years ago. It turns out that Jack’s doctor was rescuing Marcus while Jack was dying. By the time Jack was in cardiac arrest, Marcus was coding. By the time the doctor came back down after rescuing Marcus, Jack was dead. Marcus grew up to make a breakthrough in Alzheimer’s research.
Rebecca is dying

Rebecca is still not ready to leave in the car. She is still waiting for someone. Rebecca endured the night so Kate could get close to her. The big three say goodbye and tell their mother that they love her.
William leaves Rebecca alone in the cabin. As she lies on the bed, Jack waits for her there. Rebecca is able to die peacefully with all those she loves and those around her.
