Rita Ora has reportedly married director Taika Waititi in an intimate ceremony in London.
The 31-year-old singer, who has done little to quash rumors they’ve tied the knot, sported a new gold band on her ring finger, and has reportedly already changed her surname and will now be known as Mrs Waititi-Ora.
Rita and Taika reportedly got engaged two months ago after going public with their romance in August 2021, and sources now claim they’re planning a big party to celebrate their secret nuptials.

A source told The Sun: “It was a really intimate ceremony and super special for everyone there. Those closest to them see how madly in love they are.
“Despite living in the limelight, Rita is determined to keep the relationship as private as possible and doesn’t want to make a big song and dance of the wedding.
“Rita is now back in the studio working on her third album, her latest session being with Ava Max and Noah Cyrus writer Rollo.”

In recent days, Rita hasn’t done much to quash speculation that she and Taika have secretly tied the knot after she was seen wearing a gold band on her ring finger.
She delighted fans with a photo on Monday, sharing sultry snaps from her recent getaway in Paris.
Rita modeled an array of dazzling outfits in the post, but it was her jewelry that caught the eye as she was spotted wearing a gold band that matched the one Taika was also seen wearing in a previous photo.

Rita looked amazing in the post as she showed off her figure in a skimpy black top with sexy cut-out details that flashed her assets.
Other photos in the post show the singer wearing a colorful corset and beige pants while touring an art museum, as well as wearing a strange dress for a photo shoot.
The post comes after Rita and Taika fueled speculation that they had tied the knot after the Thor director was seen wearing a wedding ring on Friday.

In an Instagram photo shared by Rita’s sister Elena, Taika, 46, can be seen wearing gold jewelry on her left finger as she enjoys a drink in the sun.
Meanwhile, Rita also uploaded the same shot to her Instagram, but the singer eloquently covered up Tyka’s hand with her caption.

In June, it was reported that the couple would tie the knot after almost simultaneously popping the question.
The British singer and New Zealand director are said to be planning an upcoming, low-key ceremony overseas before celebrating with their A-list co-stars at a big London bash later this year.
Rita, who is working on several films and The Voice Australia, and Taika, who is planning a series of films, are understood to be hoping to tie the knot after their work commitments are over.
A friend told The Sun: “It’s not about them doing a big flashy thing and singing it beforehand. It’s simply that they’re in love and decide the time is right to formalize their relationship. They couldn’t be happier.
“They didn’t do a whole ‘Will you marry me?'” thing and an Instagram post.
“There is no ring or big buildup. They just grew closer and closer and finally said to each other almost simultaneously, “I want to marry you.”

In August, the couple, who started dating in March 2021 after meeting in Australia, are said to be progressing so fast in their relationship that they have started discussing marriage, a source told New Idea.
“Taika calls Rita ‘wife’ all the time and talks about how he’s going to be her first and last husband,” the insider said.
“Everyone around them dismisses it as flirtatious banter, but [Rita is] I definitely hope he’s real,” they continued, adding that she is “absolutely obsessed” with her Thor director.
At the time, Rita allegedly began joking that she would get married in a “quick, hippy-dippy” California ceremony and then celebrate with a bigger party at a later date.
Tyka was previously married to film producer Chelsy Winstanley, but the couple is believed to have quietly split in 2018.
