Rita Ora and Taika Whitey are reportedly ready to get married after the issue comes up almost simultaneously.
The 31-year-old British singer and 46-year-old director from New Zealand are said to be planning an upcoming, restrained ceremony abroad before celebrating with colleagues at a major London dinner later this year.
Understandably, Rita, who is working on several films and The Voice Australia, and Taika, who is planning a series of films, hope to tie the knot once their work engagements are over.

A friend told The Sun: “It’s not about doing a big show and cuckooing about it in advance. It’s just that they are in love and decide it’s the right time to formalize their relationship. They could not be happier.
“They didn’t make a whole ‘Will you marry me?’ Thing and an Instagram post.
“There is no ring or large accumulation. They just got closer and closer and finally said to each other almost simultaneously, “I want to marry you.”

The friend added that there are “several details to be ironed out”, but the weddings “are coming soon”.
MailOnline contacted representatives of Rita and Taika for comment.
In August, the couple, who began dating in March 2021 after a meeting in Australia, were rumored to be moving so fast in their relationship that they began discussing marriage, a source told New Idea.
