Sam sought medical help and was told she had a blocked milk duct.

If the blocked milk duct is not treated, it can lead to mastitis, a condition in which someone’s breasts become swollen, hot and painful.
It is most common in women who are breastfeeding, but women who are not breastfeeding and men can also get it.
It usually affects only one breast with symptoms, including swelling and burning pain.

Back in January, Sam revealed to fans that he will have another home birth with his third child, after meeting his daughter Rosie in the same way in 2017.

To which Sam replied, “Yes! Yes! I am so excited to have another home birth.
Baby news! Sam shared the news that he will welcome a “spring baby” in November and said he feels “happy and so blessed” to look forward to it again.
“My experience with Rosie was the best (not without pain I can add, haha), but the whole home mood was so calm and peaceful.
“Literally half an hour after I had Rosie, I was in bed with her watching the X-Factor with tea and toast.”
The star added: “I know it’s not for everyone, but if you’re at low risk and you’ve thought about it. Definitely ask your midwife all the questions you have.
Sam then went on to give fans an update on the pregnancy when a follower asked how he was doing.
The beauty replied: “Very well, thank you. I am very grateful that all my pregnancies passed really easily. I love being pregnant.

“I know it’s not the same for everyone, but I enjoy the whole process.”
She added: “Fortunately, I’ve never had an illness or a crazy thirst (maybe that’s why). I’m well over half now, so I can feel the baby moving all the time.
“I’m still fascinated that we’re becoming a little human.”
Sam took a step back from the media spotlight last year after sensationally leaving his long-running reality show on ITV The Mummy Diaries.
The reality star has achieved a sharp rise in fame after appearing for the first time in The Only Way Is Essex more than ten years ago and is said to have a net worth of over £ 10 million.
WHAT IS A LAUNCHED MILK FLOW?
A blocked milk duct is when one of the glands in the breast that produce milk does not drain properly during feeding.
The condition affects up to one in five women, equivalent to tens of thousands of new mothers in the UK each year.
This can happen if the baby does not take the breast deep enough to feed effectively – called a “shallow latch”.
But it can also be caused if the breast tissue is irritated for other reasons.
These may include wearing an overly tight bra, a seat belt that gets stuck in the chest during a long car ride, or sleeping in a posture that puts a strain on the chest.
The condition makes the area of the breast where the blockage is felt hard and painful.
It can also be warm to the touch and slightly gentle.
A clogged milk duct can be cleared by continuing to breastfeed and get help positioning and attaching the baby to the breast.
If a blocked milk duct does not resolve quickly, it can lead to mastitis, a common condition that causes inflammation and pain in the breast.
Mastitis can cause swelling, redness or darkness of the breast, flu-like symptoms and nipple loss. GPs may prescribe antibiotics to treat the condition.
