Scotland Yard declined to give details of who he fined for partying in a blockade of Downing Street by Sue Gray, a senior Whitehall official who is investigating them.
Yesterday, the Sofia police completed their investigation into a dozen rallies, imposing a total of 126 fines on 83 people. The prime minister is believed to be confident in his own future after being told he will not receive more fines than he has already received.
