This is an incredibly busy week for Switch with the release of titles such as Fall Guys, Roller Champions and Sonic Origins. Along with all these games, we have the first page title Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes.

This is another spectacular game by Musou from the Omega Force team, which sees you (the player) take control of the brand new character Shez as you prepare to face the main character of the Three Houses, Ballet. From here, you join forces with Edelgard, Dimitri and Claude and are invited to embark on a whole new adventure.

In our own review, we noted how the game has improved over its 2017 predecessor in several ways, and also features solid performance and an action-packed campaign – awarding it nine out of ten stars.

And here’s a summary of what other agencies have said about the game so far. GamesRadar + (mostly) liked him, giving him 3.5 out of 5:

“Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes runs a great hybrid combat system, while hardly slowing down for your favorite characters.”

Vooks.net praised the game for its flawless fusion of gameplay and strategy – giving it 4.5 out of 5:

“Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes is probably just the best Warriors game to date. It’s a completely flawless fusion of hasty hack gameplay and slash with a methodical, strategically thought-out, returning cast that’s as vibrant as ever. With such a large cast, it’s not surprising that many of the characters feel similar in battle, but it’s easy to look beyond how fantastic every other aspect of it is. “

Nintendo Insider gave the game a 9 out of 10, noting that it is an “outstanding feature” among many of Warriors’ Switch games:

“Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes brazenly jumps headlong into battle, delivering both tactical brilliance and heroic thrill. This is one of Nintendo Switch’s many Warriors games, and perhaps the best point to decorate your portable home console to date – loaded with armies for slaughter, honest storytelling and more than enough content to keep you busy. for months, whether you’re at home or on the go. “

Comicbook.com said it was “closer to perfection than it is entitled to be”, with a rating of 4.5 out of 5:

“Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes has enough DNA for the franchise to satisfy. And in some ways, approaching across a battlefield while triggering abilities like Assassinate or Nosferatu seems more in line with Fodlan’s chaotic, war-torn battlefields than it was before. “

And Destructroid was also impressed by the Warriors’ latest record, awarding 9 out of 10 points:

“While the main gameplay of Warriors is unlikely to completely win over people who have already tried to get into it, those of you who like it should have a lot of fun with Three Hopes.”
