These are the most aggressive allegations made by the Ministry of Justice against the Proud Boys, and are the first accusations by prosecutors that the group has tried to oppose the presidential transfer by force.
Tario and his other co-defendants had previously pleaded not guilty to previous charges.
These events come after Charles Donohaw, a proud boy from North Carolina, pleaded guilty in April and agreed to cooperate with the investigation. He was not named in Monday’s indictment. The Ministry of Justice has filed another rebellious conspiracy against the leaders of the Guardians of the Oath, who are accused of deep planning and preparation for violence on January 6.
