York’s regional police have arrested two teenagers in connection with a video allegedly threatening the city of Aurora.
Police received information around 10:45 a.m. a video showing a teenager threatening while holding what appeared to be a firearm, police said.
Police were then sent to two schools, which were detained and provided orders while officers investigated.
Two teenagers allegedly involved in making the video were found by police and detained.
An investigator said the teenagers, whose names could not be named under the terms of the Juvenile Criminal Justice Act, had copies of firearms.
Police are asking anyone with additional information to contact them.
