Democrat Gov. Beto O’Rourke tried to thwart Texas Republican Gov. Greg Abbott’s response to the shooting in Uwalde, Texas, on Wednesday.
The abbot spoke for about ten minutes before trying to pass the microphone to Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick, at which point O’Rourke approached the stage.
Only some of O’Rourke’s words could be heard, but he pointed aggressively at the scene, even when those on it called out to him.
