The Apple App Store and Apple Music are currently experiencing problems

The App Store and Apple’s music service, Apple Music, are currently experiencing problems, according to Apple’s system status page. The system status page notes that “users may be experiencing a problem” with the App Store. A similar message is related to Apple Music, which says that “users may experience recurring problems.”

Status pages also show that the problem is still ongoing and that “all users are affected”.

Apple also acknowledged the problem in its Twitter support show, noting that the company is working to resolve the issue.

Downdetector, a web monitoring service, began reporting problems with the App Store at 9:30 a.m. ET on Monday morning. Reports on Twitter revealed that the shutdown in the App Store mainly affects iPad devices.

In addition, Downdetector reported that problems with Apple Music began around 7:30 a.m. ET.

Some Apple Music users struggle with playing music, accessing their profiles, and browsing lyrics, according to a Tech Crunch report.
