Shortly after 6 a.m. Monday, fire crews responded to a fire in an apartment building in block 500 on Dundas Street.
The house appears to have caused significant damage to its lower part, especially around the entrance to the building from the street.
Firefighters managed to extinguish the flames soon after arriving on the scene.
No casualties have been reported and the cause of the fire is unknown.
