A man is in hospital after a serious attack on Thursday morning in the Old St. Vital in Winnipeg.
Officers were called to the St. Louis area. Mary’s Road on Essex Avenue around 5:30 in the morning
An injured man was rushed to hospital in critical condition and is currently listed as unstable, a police spokesman said in an email.
In the area where the man was found, the northern lanes of the St. Mary’s Road were blocked for several hours.
They reopened around 8 a.m., but police still have a blocked section of Essex Avenue.
