An unidentified man has been charged with assaulting Louisville Mayor Greg Fisher at a store on Saturday.

Police released photos of the man, but he has not yet been identified. However, Fischer, a Democrat, was not injured in the attack.

“The LMPD is investigating and will release additional information when it becomes available,” police added.
