Highway 1 was closed in both directions near Field, British Columbia after a crash Wednesday morning.
Details of the severity of the collision in Yoho National Park have not been confirmed, but according to 511 Alberta, the trans-Canadian highway is expected to remain closed until 15:00 MT.
An STARS air ambulance has been sent to the area.
