Three in custody after chasing an SUV from South Bay – NBC Los Angeles

Officers chased a damaged SUV in the South Los Angeles area on Wednesday before the driver and two passengers surrendered to South Bay.

The chase began in Hawthorne after a report of a stolen vehicle.

The SUV appears to have suffered significant damage to the front passenger’s side, possibly from an accident.

The driver headed south on Highway 110 before traveling west on Highway 105 to the South Bay of Los Angeles. The driver eventually stopped at Pacific Coast Highway and Sycamore Avenue, south of LAX, where three SUVs were detained.
