Toronto police say a 15-year-old boy faces 10 different charges following a firearms investigation.
Police said he was arrested Monday at the eastern end of the city, near Pharmacy Avenue and Sheppard Avenue East.
The forces claim that the boy had a .22 caliber pistol and a cartridge with 10 rounds when he was arrested.
He is charged with possession of a loaded limited firearm, with a changed firearms serial number, and possession of a prohibited or restricted firearm without a license, among other crimes.
Police say he is due to appear in court this morning.
