For the second time this year, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau tested positive for COVID-19.
The prime minister, who recently traveled to the United States for the America’s summit, tweeted Monday morning that he was feeling “well” and would be isolated according to public health guidelines.
The fully vaccinated Trudeau had previously tested positive in January this year, as did two of his children.
I tested positive for COVID-19. I will follow public health guidelines and isolate myself. I feel good, but it’s because I took the pictures. So, if you are not, get vaccinated – and if you can, get stronger. Let’s protect our health care system, each other and ourselves.
