Ukraine says it sank two Russian naval boats after new explosions hit a Russian border town

KHARKIV, Ukraine – Ukraine said on Monday that it had sunk two Russian naval ships in the Black Sea with drone strikes after explosions erupted again in Russia’s Belgorod border region and heavy fighting continued in eastern Ukraine.

Ukraine released a video of what it said were Bayraktar TB-2 drones hitting two Raptor-class patrol boats at 4:51 a.m. Monday near Snake Island, a Ukrainian island captured by Russian forces on the first day of war on February 24. Both boats appear to have been struck, but it is unclear whether they sank.
