Charity Crimestoppers “urgently” called for information on the whereabouts of a Cardiff man wanted in connection with the stabbing of a teenager. The charity is asking members of the public to come out if they have any information about Dalton Raffle’s whereabouts.
The 21-year-old man from Ellie in Cardiff has been described as a “rapist” and is wanted in connection with the stabbing of a 16-year-old boy on 4 January 2022. The charity is offering a reward of up to £ 1,000 for anonymous information exclusively for its location. Detectives say he is wanted for questioning

Hailey Fry, Wales’ regional manager at Crimestoppers, said in a statement: “Dalton Raffle is wanted for a serious crime and has so far avoided trying to find him. Our charity is here to give people an anonymous option if they prefer not to talk directly to the police. You can tell us what you know and we will pass it on to you.
“This urgent call is to anyone who has information on where Dalton Raffle may be to do the right thing and talk to our charity 100% anonymously. If you think you know where it is or think you may have seen it, please speak and tell us anonymously.
