Hailey Fry, Wales’ regional manager at Crimestoppers, said in a statement: “Dalton Raffle is wanted for a serious crime and has so far avoided trying to find him. Our charity is here to give people an anonymous option if they prefer not to talk directly to the police. You can tell us what you know and we will pass it on to you.

“This urgent call is to anyone who has information on where Dalton Raffle may be to do the right thing and talk to our charity 100% anonymously. If you think you know where it is or think you may have seen it, please speak and tell us anonymously. Please remember that Crimestoppers, as a charity that is independent of the police, has always kept its promise of anonymity to the millions of people who have trusted us with their crime information since we started in the late 1980s. “

Anyone who can help the charity is asked to call their UK contact center on the toll-free number 0800 555 111, which is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, or to fill out their online form.
