From the first days of the Russian war against Ukraine, the Ukrainian government has launched a hotline for families looking for relatives who serve in the Russian army. It also serves as a way for Ukraine to inform the Russians what is really going on. Calls come from distant lands such as the United States. CNN’s Alex Marquard spoke to some of those Russian-Americans who were calling desperately for information.
