A mother in New Mexico made a daring rescue attempt after her SUV was hijacked with her two children in the vehicle.
In the dramatic video, Melody Maldonado can be seen clinging to the hood of her SUV as the hijacked car crosses an intersection.
Malnado says she hit the windshield, yelling at the suspect to stop, before eventually being thrown from the hood, breaking her leg in the process.
