The IMX686 has far fewer artifacts, but a little more noise in low light, at least in realme 6 pro versus 7 pro. On the other hand, for the details of the video it’s the opposite, but maybe they just increased the ISO setting in the case of 7 pro to record more hdr frames, I’m not sure. As the details of the video in low light in realme 6 pro with the comparison tool gw1 are quite amazing, but I’m not sure how this is reflected in the real world results. With that in mind, Xiaomi has implemented both sensors well, more natural and with less focus, but I’m not sure about the video.

Newer ones, however, are better at night, but with gcam GW1 it also shines. It’s a 1 / 1.7 “0.8um sensor, so … it’s still better than the newer 64mp sensors with 0.7um and 1/2”
