Zane Malik shared an unexpected video in which he sang the hit One Direction from 2013. You & I on his Instagram on Saturday, which sent his fans into a rage.
The 29-year-old star wrote the words from the chorus to the song in black and white while squeezing the microphone, but made his followers guess by not captioning the video.
This comes after things got worse between Zane and his former bandmate Liam Payne, 28, who called him “k ** k” in a recent interview and mocked his alleged quarrel with his ex-girlfriend’s mother Yolanda.

In the new video, Zane showed his vocal abilities by singing the lyrics of the song and was wearing a sharp gray T-shirt while his hair was streaked back with a ribbon.
Fans collapsed because of the video, as one wrote: ‘ONE DIRECTION REUNION OK’, and another said: ‘Are we okay ??? DOES EVERYONE BREATHE ??? ‘
A third wrote: “This saved my 2022”, while another excited fan commented with the words: “ZAYN, YOU CALLED THE ENTIRE FANDOM.”
Another simply wrote below the post: ‘ZAYN SINGS 1D AGAIN HOW YOU MISS YOU.’

You and I was released in 2013 as part of their album Midnight Memories. Zane formed the band with Liam, Harry Styles, Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson.
This comes after Liam came under heavy fire earlier this month after interviewing his former colleagues from the band One Direction, where he called Zayn ‘d ** k’.
The singer appeared on the Impaulsive podcast with controversial YouTuber Logan Paul on Wednesday, where she made a number of comments that fans did not like.
He and the presenter discussed online enmity between Zane’s former colleague and Logan’s brother Jake Paul in 2020, which ended with Zane’s then-girlfriend Gigi Hadid calling Jake “inappropriate” and defending her lover as a “respectable king.”

Liam expressed his thoughts on the drama, saying: “She tweeted something about finding a respectable man or something. This one doesn’t age very well.
The comment was interpreted by fans as a reference to Gigi’s mother Yolanda Hadid’s claim last year that Zane pushed her into a toilet and called her a “fucking Dutch slut.”
Liam went on to talk about Zane, saying there were “many reasons I don’t like Zane,” but that he would “always be on his side” because of Zane’s alleged difficult upbringing.

Fans were not impressed by Liam’s words and turned to social media to stand up for Zane, which led to the popularity of Liam’s name on Twitter.
