Three of the four people arrested in connection with the recent gun violence and stabbing in the St. John’s subway have already been released on bail.
Robert Belbin and Brandon Chaf, 20 each, and 18-year-old Ashton Whelan forced relatives to deposit money and promised to report any violations of the release.
So far, Whelan has been charged only with violating court orders.
Abigail Gillingham, 19, is expected to follow suit later this morning in a provincial court.

Belbin is accused of aggravated assault and robbery in connection with the stabbing of George Street, while others are accused of weapons ranging from trafficking to possession and negligent use of illegal weapons.
The arrests took place in the last few days, shortly after a shooting at a residential building and a home in the eastern part, which was also bombed.
Police also seized a number of firearms from the Brookfield Road area in connection with an investigation that included May 13 incidents.
The RNC suggests that more arrests are pending.
