Every year, Apple celebrates Pride Month, which comes in just over a week. There are two Pride Editions for the Apple Watch this year, both on sale now, and an upcoming Shot on iPhone campaign focused on pride. Oh, and this year’s Pride Watch dial is also available now.

Ah, Sport Loop, the perfect partner for your most sporting activities. The material dries quickly, the hook and loop fastening system keeps the strap perfectly tight, and the whole frame is soft and light.
Now, for the first time, there is actually an inscription for the band. The word pride is woven into the group. This is an effect achieved by removing some stitches. As Apple says, “To create the Pride script, some of these textile stitches were removed, resulting in a three-dimensional texture that you can see and feel.”
Wondering about the script Apple uses? This is what the company calls a “capital style inspired by the original” hello “greeting – shown on the first Macintosh in 1984.”

If you think this is the level of detail that Apple has reached, well, think of the wrong company. He explains the colors chosen for the group as follows: “The team designs a color gradient that incorporates the original colors of the rainbow with those derived from various flags of pride, including light blue, pink and white, representing transsexual and gender-neutral individuals, and black and brown, symbolizing black and Latin American communities. Colors also represent those who live with or have died of HIV / AIDS. ”
It is now on sale for $ 49 (£ 49 in the UK) online and can be picked up by Apple Stores from Thursday, May 26th.

This requires Apple Watch Series 4 or later, running the latest version of watchOS 8.6, and iPhone 6s or later, running iOS 15.5, again the latest version.
It’s pretty cool. The time is displayed digitally, with a series of threads that become thicker or thinner to show the time. Touch it and the threads jingle satisfactorily. It is very cool and has two versions, dark and light. In the 5 Series, 6 Series and 7 Series, the on screen always decreases from light to dark.

A new Sport Loop has arrived for Nike Edition watch owners. The Nike ribbon is darker, but very colorful, with bright rainbow stripes and dark edging. Here is Nike’s philosophy for this band: “Together with Nike’s Be True collection, Sport Loop pays tribute to people who expand the sport for future generations and inspire others to feel the joy of being authentic. Be True is part of Nike’s broader commitment to the LGBTQ + community, which focuses on recognition, advocacy, inspiration and education. This group also costs $ 49, £ 49 in the UK and is available for purchase online now and from Apple Stores on Thursday, May 26th.

Apple Shot on iPhone’s regular campaigns continue with this series of pride, showing places of historical significance for the LGBTQ + movement, such as the Harvey Milk Plaza in San Francisco (pictured above with dancer Baobei).
Pride Watch ribbons are a regular feature of Apple’s calendar, and this year’s pair is fun, lively and, as Sport Loops, the most affordable ribbons Apple sells.
