Britney Spears’ millions are protected from the worst-case scenario, as she and her new husband Sam Asgari signed a prenuptial agreement before their wedding on Thursday.
The 40-year-old pop superstar and the 28-year-old ambitious actor are protected by the agreement, TMZ reported on Monday.
Under the terms of the document, if the two separate on the way, Sam will not receive a penny of the tens of millions that Britney earned before marrying.

It is reported that Britney’s team is the one who goes the ball of the prenuptial agreement shortly after Sam proposed marriage to her.
It is unclear whether Sam will be able to take some of the money his wife earns while married if they separate in the future.
Although she has said she is not interested in performances or touring while her conservative is in power, Spear may be interested in returning to her music career now that she is in the driver’s seat.

The hitmaker had a net worth of about $ 60 million last year, according to the New York Times.
An insider previously told the New Yorker that Spears had previously had a multimillion-dollar fortune in the early 2000s, but that it was reduced to just “a few million dollars” when her guardian was created in 2008.
The agreement provided a $ 2,000 weekly allowance for the singer, but her father paid about $ 16,000 a month to run the conservatory, and her former lawyer, appointed by Samuel Ingham III, received an annual salary of $ 520,000, according to the New Yorker.
Previously, Britney had a prenuptial agreement for her previous marriage to Kevin Federline. The former couple shares two teenage sons: Sean, 16, and Jaden, 15.
